Shipping & Returns:
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after being entered into our system. We ship
via Media Mail rate with the US Post Office. Other carriers and methods are available upon request and may incur an extra shipping charge. You
will be notified by email about any out-of-stock/back orders or discontinued
items.
Defective tapes may be returned for replacement after being opened.
Unopened Tapes/CDs may be considered for exchange or refund. Please call us first to determine if they may be returned.
Mail Order
If you prefer not to send your card number over the Internet, you have other options:
1. Call us (8a - 5p Mountain Time) at 1-800-346-8280 to order.
2. Create an account just as if you were placing an on-line credit card order. Then when you are checking out of the website, select the payment option of "Check or Money Order". At the end of the checkout process you will then be given the order total and information on where to mail your payment. This will also create an order on our system that will be waiting for your payment.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
$4.95 per order in the US and $10.00 per order to Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us for shipping options and pricing.
